Great post, Adam!

I'd be happy to say the same three things about new audiences (which are inevitably diverse):

1. All new audiences are good.
2. Any organization that's willing to commit to new audiences will find them.
3. Any organization that chooses to ignore new audiences is free to die.

"Oh, but if we focus on new audiences, our old audiences will disappear."

They're already disappearing.
