Two or three times a year I like to work directly with individual artists and organizations from all over the world. The process has the incredibly creative name of Paradox Marketing Coaching. It is a five to six week process where you and I will work together to tackle some of your trickest marketing challenges. Here's a look at just a couple of the clients I have worked with this year.

Residency Unlimited is a New York based organization that helps expose contemporary artists to the world through strategic partnerships. Via Skype, I worked with Nathalie, Boshko and Sebastein to bring some clarity and focus to their marketing materials. Our primary work centered around email marketing and web. We also talked a lot about the marketing process and how they get the most out of their small (but awesome) team.
When we were done working, they sent me a testimonial:
Working with Adam has given us seriously wide-eye-opening views towards what we do as service organization in the arts. His attention to detail, ability to listen and very quickly understand the what and the why of our mission, has allowed to us better define how we communicate that message. He executes this in a clear, simple, and very effective manner. We could not recommend his services enough.
I worked with the marketing person at Accessible Arts in Australia. Navigating those time zone differences was probably the hardest part of the process. Craig was new to the world of arts marketing. We spent a time going over the basics, i.e. how to create a marketing plan, how to communicate to team members what his marketing vision was, etc.
Obviously the worked I did with RU and the work I did with Accessible Arts was very different. I'm sure it will be different with you as well. This isn't a cookie cutter process. What I can promise you is that I have worked with individual artists from many different arts form and organizations of all sizes. Whatever your challenge is, I'm confident we can handle it together.

Alright so here's the pitch. Normally coaching sessions cost a total of $750. This gets you 5-6 sessions that happen over the phone or via the magic of Skype. If you sign up for coaching before Tuesday, Jan. 8, I will drop the price to $650.
Are there some conditions to this offer? Yup. Here they are:
1. You have to be ready to begin work by no later then Jan. 28. I like to get the coaching process started quickly. So if you aren't ready to work, don't take the offer.
2. Payment in full is due before coaching begins. Paypal is the preferred method of payment, but if you want to mail a check in let me know and I'll send you an address.
3. You've got to be generous with your time. As I mentioned, we will be talking at least once a week. The average length of the call will be about 70 minutes. We will work to create a coaching schedule that fits your needs but you can't be "too busy" to get this done.
4. You've got to be willing to work. I think that coaching is a valuable process. It can be very helpful to have someone on your side who can quickly spot issues and come up with realistic solutions. I've got a nice list of testimonials filled with people who agree. But this isn't an easy process. You are going to be challenged. But I promise that you will come out of this process better able to connect your art with an audience.
That's it. If you are ready to get started email me mission.paradox(at)yahoo.com
I look forward to working with you.
