Really? If I'm someone trying to get a job at McDonalds, am I an entrepreneur, too? It seems to me as if entrepreneurship involves owning (or at least controlling) the means of production. How are you defining it?

I'll amend slightly to say that most artists have a ton of entreprenuerial skills, i.e. project management, team building, etc. Many artists so the two skill sets (business and art) as separate but I see a lot of overlap between the two.

Ah, yes -- totally agree. And they ought to be encouraged to use them more often -- maybe even taught that they ARE skills they have during their training! Empowerment is really important, don't you think?
