Earlier this year we sent our subscribers a coupon for $5 off our concessions and a little note that said "thank you for subscribing."
We got a ton of thank you calls for that.
I've seen other arts organizations leave little notes and treats on the seats of selected individuals when they come to a performance.
The gesture always goes over well.
I know it sounds a bit like first grade when I say this but . . . remember to say Thank You.
A small gesture of thanks can go a long way.
In that spirit then... Thank you, Mr. Thurman. Your blog is a constant source of wisdom and inspiration.
