Facebook = Tactic
The idea that we need to engage with our patrons = Principle
Subscription Sales = Tactic
The idea that we should encourage consumer loyalty = Principle
Learn the difference.
And be very, very, flexible with your tactics.
This should be posted on every Development Director's wall, and printed as a banner at the top of every Board packet. Thanks for the succinct reminder.
