A few days back I suggested that you should consider adding a few more upbeat pieces of art to your future events because people (a.k.a the market) may not be in the mood for more dark and depressing stuff.
Some people emailed me basically saying they didn't think it was a smart thing for an artist to try to match their work to the national mood, instead they should be guided by their own inner convictions.
I think that's true . . . sorta.
