Funding Diversity

I have talked before about how vital it is to have a strong base of individual donations to your nonprofit arts org.

And no, strong doesn't have to mean big. Strong can mean consistent as well.

Because when you are overly reliant on any one particular source of funding, or one particular funder, something like this happens.
